Nimbin markets

The Nimbin Market is held on the fourth Sunday of the month, and on the fifth Sunday in months that have one, at the Nimbin Community Centre, 81 Cullen Street, from 9am to 3pm. Stalls sell things that are handmade, home-grown, recycled and fair trade.

The Nimbin Farmers Market is on every Wednesday afternoon in the Green Bank car park, 39 Cullen Street, from about 3pm. Everything on sale is local, from the farms and gardens around the valley.

The Channon Craft Market runs on the second Sunday of every month at Coronation Park, The Channon, from about 9am to 3pm. With around 200 stalls it's one of the biggest markets in the Northern Rivers, and it's a short drive south-east of Nimbin.

The sustainable living hub at 7 Sibley Street runs a monthly food swap (on a Wednesday) and a monthly re-love market (on a Saturday). Check what's on for this month's dates.
